Last time, I explained the differences between Major and Minor arcana. But also the differences between each suit.

Today I'd like to emphasize the importance of intention. Many people who get into tarot, come into it with the idea that tarot is a way of talking to spirits, God, Demons , Satan etc. However, Tarot is simply a form of meditation. In most cases, one is talking to their 'higher self' or, tapping into their own energy to discover which paths ahead does it leave a trail. Why is this important? Because if you go into a reading with the intentions such as "Oh, I'm going to ask Satan, god or a spirit how to do this, or did this person lie", this in a sense is Bad intention. Why? Your ego only cares for such nonsense.

Having an open ego is important to note. If you have worked through your ego and can be corrected, tarot will work for you. But if your ego is open and you aren't willing to accept constructive critism or any type of critism, this isn't for you.
